Return and Refund Policy

-All sales are final.
-Each item is individually hand knit/hand embroidered. Slight variations in font and size may occur. The customer assumes all responsibility and liability when purchasing from Long Island Knit Shop.
-If your item is lost, damaged, or stolen you may be eligible for a refund or a replacement to be sent. 
-If your order is damaged or stolen (and marked as delivered), you must contact us after 3 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked delivered.
-If you believe your package to be lost (status is not "delivered"), you must contact us within 30 days from the last checkpoint
